YOUR SAFETY & COMPLIANCE NEEDS!

The Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act), administered by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), created regulations which effect almost every business. Whether you are in concrete or contracts, firearms to farming OSHA regulations most likely apply to you.

OSHA regulated business

Whether you are a manufacturer of goods or chemicals, a contractor, a mechanic, indoor/outdoor firing range or any other type of OSHA covered business, we are prepared to handle all of your OSHA compliance needs.

OSHA covered businesses, include almost any business with more than ten (10) employees. Although OSHA has provided some limited exceptions for certain low hazard businesses, the likelihood is that your business is subject to OSHA regulation. Some examples of businesses, which are regulated under OSHA include, but are not limited, to:

  • Manufacturing Companies
  • Landscaping Companies
  • Restaurants / Bakeries
  • Timber/Paper Mills
  • Doctor’s Offices
  • Warehouse Facilities
  • Private Rehab Facilities
  • Firearms and Ammunition Related Businesses
  • Indoor/Outdoor Ranges
  • And Many More

OSHA has never been here why should I care?

Safety– Everyone wants a safe workplace. By ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, you are making your place of business safer for your employees and clients. Being OSHA Compliant can also:

  • Improve public perception of your business;
  • Increase your business’ appeal to potential customers; and
  • Decrease your workers compensation premiums.

Penalties- Having a safe and OSHA Compliant workplace can shield your business from OSHA fines and penalties, which include your business being shutdown for significant periods of time resulting in massive losses of revenue. Effective August 1, 2016, OSHA will increase fines to around $12,000 per serious and $120,000 per willful violation.

Isn’t complying with OSHA really expensive?

NO! We offer an On-site Assessment for only $300. 1 That places one of our OSHA Consultants at your facility to help you determine your safety compliance needs and compliance with federal regulation.
